Electrostatics
Electrostatics is the branch of physics in which we study about charge at rest condition.
Electrostatics focuses on the phenomena arising from electric charges at rest without considering their motion or current flow. In electrostatics, we study the behaviour of materials, finding electrostatic force or field, electric dipoles and their behaviour in an electric field, and some devices like capacitors, Van de Graaff generators, etc. based on the principle of electrostatics.
